Flowers Mixed Media Handmade Card

Good morning everyone!

I have a bright card to show you all today......CHECK IT OUT!!!

My card has a lovely mixed media style ... here is step by step tutorial for it.

i painted watercolor paper piece with Gesso & left it till dry.

i have made a wash using Mica powder & water spray bottle.

and left it to dry.

covered some natural feathers with golden acrylic paint.

and covered a piece of cloth with pearl white acrylic paint.

then i distressed a piece of old book page.

added a texture to the card using sharp paper cutter.

prepared some embellishments to decorate the card.

i have created a word frame using metal frame & chipboard stickers.

i added stamping touches to the card to give more interest.

i have used 3D gloss gel with micro beads to ad a nice pretty touches to the card.

finally i decorated the card a little bit using Nuvo crystal drops.

CRAFTS DREAMY AUGUST DT CARD: PURPLE DREAMS CARD.

Here is my August DT project for Crafts Dreamy. There is a monthly challenge at their blog

I have created a collage card around purple colors .

First I created some layers with patterned paper, then I repeatedly added fussy cut pieces,

jute twine, corrugated paper heart die cuts, chip board word sticker & bling to add color &

texture to my card.

Handmade flowers card :)

Today I have a pretty floral card to share with you all. I stamped & heat embossed the flowers then coloured the violet ones & leaves using Promarkers. The vellum ones were coloured with distress inks. The geometric background was created using basic squares dies to create frames which I then arranged in a simple geometric pattern.
